What is the The Founder’s Table??
The Founder’s Table is a 6-month group coaching experience for women starting or growing their own businesses. It brings together a small, trusted circle of ambitious women to explore business strategy, share insights, and grow in confidence—without doing it alone.

How It Works
Built by the team behind Connected Leadership, this programme offers a unique blend of coaching, collaboration, and visibility to help you not only build your business, but step into your leadership voice as you do it.
You’ll meet in person once a month, from 10am–12pm on Wednesdays at Alberts, with the option to stay and connect over lunch. You are also welcome to base yourself at Alberts for the day from 8am-5pm as our guest. Online participation is available for those outside of Auckland.
If you’ve launched (or are ready to launch), and want a community of like-minded women walking a similar path—this is your seat at the table.

Community, Insight, Challenge, and Accountability
Each session offers space to step back, reflect, and refocus. Whether you're refining your offer, working through a pricing decision, or rethinking how you show up as a founder, you'll gain fresh perspectives and practical input from experienced peers and a skilled facilitator who gets what it means to lead something of your own. You'll be gently challenged on your blind spots, limiting beliefs, and business assumptions, so you can make smarter, more intentional decisions. Expect thoughtful questions, reality checks, and the kind of push that feels supportive—not performative. In between, you'll stay connected via a private WhatsApp group to check in, stay focused, and keep momentum going, even on the hard days.
Visibility, Referrals, and Strategic Networks
As a participant, your business will be shared with the Connected Leadership community of over 1,000 professionals, giving you exposure to a network of leaders, decision-makers, and potential collaborators. You’ll also be profiled as a woman in business and an emerging leader—so you're not just growing your business, you're growing your reputation.
Tools and Resources to Support Your Growth
You’ll walk away from each session with more than just ideas—you’ll leave with practical tools, relevant resources, and a plan to put things into action. Whether it's a framework to refine your offer, a strategy to clarify your messaging, or a budgeting approach to help you plan ahead, you’ll gain access to guidance that fits your stage of business. You’ll also receive complimentary access to Connected Leadership events during the programme, and an optional discounted membership at Alberts, our premium central Auckland venue.

Not everyone can make it into the room—but that shouldn’t mean missing out on the support, connection, and clarity this programme offers. Whether you're based outside of Auckland, juggling family commitments, or simply can't get to the city every month, the virtual option means you can still be fully part of the group.
We want this space to work for real women running real businesses—and that means meeting you where you are, not asking you to stretch beyond what’s practical. The virtual option gives you full access to the coaching, community, and visibility this programme provides—no matter where you're based.
