Connect

Leader's Table meets once a month for a 2-hour, in-person coaching session  in central Auckland or central Wellington. Each session is guided by an experienced facilitator and shaped by the real leadership challenges you and your peers bring to the table.

Lead Better

You’ll be part of a group of 6–10 women from diverse, non-competing organisations—building trust, momentum, and insight over time. Between sessions, a private WhatsApp group keeps the connection going, with space for day-to-day support, reflection, and accountability.

Why Organisations

Invest

Leadership doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Leaders need space to think clearly, reflect, and grow—especially when they’re navigating complexity.

Leaders Table gives them that space.

And when organisations invest, everyone benefits.

What your organisation gains:

  • Stronger decision-making from leaders who think systemically

  • Increased retention of high-performing women

  • Reduced burnout through structured reflection and peer support

  • Cross-sector insights from leaders in diverse industries

  • More confident, grounded leadership across your business

What it looks like in practice:

  • A leader comes back from each session with sharper thinking and clear next steps

  • She brings new models and perspectives to your leadership conversations

  • She supports her team more effectively—because she's being supported too

  • She stays longer—because she’s being meaningfully invested in

  • Leaders Table is designed to offer a steady rhythm of support alongside the realities of full-time leadership and life.

The programme runs once a month (with a break in January) and includes a 6-month minimum commitment—giving your group the consistency needed to build trust, momentum, and meaningful growth.

    We offer open enrolment

Many women choose to stay on beyond their initial six months, finding value in the continued connection, clarity, and support. If the space is working for you, you’re welcome to keep your seat at the table.

We run rolling intakes, so new groups begin as soon as we have six committed women ready to start.

  • Yes—while the programme is designed around in-person connection, virtual participation is available if you're unable to attend a session in person.

We’ve supported many women who join remotely, and we’ll make sure you still feel part of the conversation and the community. Sessions are facilitated in a way that includes all voices—whether you’re in the room or joining online.

If you have questions about how virtual attendance works, we’re happy to talk it through with you.
