The Founder’s Table is a monthly group coaching experience for women starting or growing their own businesses. It brings together a small, trusted circle of ambitious women to explore business strategy, share insights, and grow in confidence—without doing it alone.

  • The Founder’s Table is designed for women who are starting or growing their own business—and want trusted support as they do it.
     

    You might be building something for the first time, or returning to self-employment after a career in leadership or corporate. Maybe you’ve launched your offer, but you're still working out your systems, pricing, or strategy. Or maybe you’re moving from side hustle to serious growth and need a space to think clearly, test ideas, and stay accountable.
     

    This is for you if you're ready to lead your business with more clarity, confidence, and structure, and you want to do it alongside women who are walking a similar path.

    You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be ready to show up, do the work, and support others while you do it.

  • Not everyone can make it into the room—but that shouldn’t mean missing out on the support, connection, and clarity this programme offers. Whether you're based outside of Auckland, juggling family commitments, or simply can't get to the city every month, the virtual option means you can still be fully part of the group.

    We want this space to work for real women running real businesses—and that means meeting you where you are, not asking you to stretch beyond what’s practical. The virtual option gives you full access to the coaching, community, and visibility this programme provides—no matter where you're based.

  • The investment to join the Founder's Table is $300 per month.

    We require you to commitment to a minimum of 6 months.

    You are welcome to keep your place at the table beyond the intial 6 month commitment.

Founders Table is priced to be accessible and powerful. For less than the cost of a single coaching package, you’ll have six months of expert facilitation, trusted peer support, and real visibility for your business.
