Through a blend of live online workshops, 1:1 coaching, and small-group connection, women explore their strengths, refine their direction, and build a career success strategy that’s grounded in who they are and where they want to go.

How it works

Career Camp runs over three months, meeting fortnightly for 90 minutes via Zoom.
Each session blends learning, reflection, and practical application. You’ll work in whole-group discussions, small breakouts, and pairs to bring the content to life and tailor it to your own context.
You’ll also receive a 1:1 coaching session to deepen your insights, set priorities, and support your next steps.
The programme unfolds across six modules:
