Empower Women Career Camp is a programme designed for women in the intermediate stage of their careers who are ready to take the next step with a more strategic approach to their career, and accelerate their path into leadership within the Financial Sector
It's a comprehensive 12-week sprint with a blend of live online workshops, 1:1 coaching, and small-group connection with peers, women explore their strengths, refine their direction, and build a career success strategy that's grounded in who they are and where they want to go.

This programme is online and available to women all around NZ within the Financial Sector.
Empower Women Career Camp is delivered online via Zoom, with six 90-minute sessions held across October – December 2026.

How it works
Empower Women Career Camp runs over 12 weeks, meeting fortnightly for 90 minutes via Zoom.
​
Each session blends learning, reflection, and practical application. You’ll work in whole-group discussions, small breakouts, and pairs to bring the content to life and tailor it to your own context.

You’ll also receive a 1:1 coaching session to deepen your insights, set priorities, and support your next steps.
